What the job really is

As a Finance Manager at Thesis, you will oversee financial reporting and planning, ensuring the company maintains visibility for informed decision-making. Your responsibilities include managing financial software, driving expense management, preparing reports for leadership, and collaborating with various teams to uphold budget accountability.
