What the job really is

As the VP/SVP of DTC Growth & Digital Product, you will lead the growth organization, focusing on performance strategy, customer acquisition, and digital product optimization to scale the business to over $100M in annual revenue. This hands-on role involves setting strategy, overseeing media investments, and building systems for efficient growth while ensuring brand equity is maintained. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the President, driving execution through a high-performing team.
