The Porter at The Scion Group is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of a residential property's common areas, both indoors and outdoors. Daily tasks include removing trash, sweeping, lawn maintenance, pool cleaning, and performing minor repairs. The role requires a customer-centric attitude and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment while adhering to safety and operational standards.
