What the job really is

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at The Place for Children with Autism, you will work part-time with children aged 4-12 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your role involves implementing individualized therapy programs, collecting data on progress, and engaging children through play and creativity. You will also partner with families to celebrate achievements and address challenges in a supportive environment.
