What the job really is

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at The Place for Children with Autism, you will work part-time with children aged 4-12 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your role involves implementing individualized therapy programs, collecting data, and engaging children through play and movement to help them develop essential skills. You will also collaborate with families and clinical staff to celebrate progress and address challenges.
