What the job really is

The Pharmacy Operations Manager – Front End will lead the front-end operations of The Pharmacy Hub, overseeing sales, client onboarding, account management, and pre-PV1 workflows. This role focuses on building and implementing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and improve the client journey from contract signing to fulfillment and retention. The manager will also analyze performance metrics, establish accountability, and develop processes to professionalize the organization as it scales.
