What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a shared services/GCC environment
  • Strong exposure to PO/non-PO invoices, vendor reconciliations, AP aging and payment support
  • B.Com/BBA/BBM Finance or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, communication skills
  • Solid understanding of AP controls, GST/TDS, payment terms and audit requirements
Nice to have
  • M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter or CMA Inter
  • Hands-on experience with QBO and SAP
  • Exposure to ERP implementation/migration, UAT or process improvement
  • Experience with AI-enabled/Agentic AI workflow tools
What the job really is

As a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst at Tenstorrent, you will manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensuring quality control and resolving complex issues related to invoices and vendor accounts. You will collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to support payment proposals, reconciliations, and month-end close activities, while also focusing on process improvements through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
