What the job really is

As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions. Your role will involve making both inbound and outbound calls, asking direct questions, and helping customers navigate their financial decisions, all while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
