What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Minimum 5 years of eLearning development, multimedia, or graphic/video design experience in a professional setting
  • Comfortable writing and maintaining technical/course documentation, scripts, and captions for course and video deliverables
  • Familiarity with the full product delivery life cycle: requirements analysis, design, testing, implementation
  • B.A./B.S. in graphic design, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, or comparable experience
  • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360 (or Adobe Captivate), plus Adobe Creative Cloud and Camtasia
  • Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote)
Nice to have
  • Experience or knowledge of Tenable products; familiarity with network architecture and Tenable cybersecurity practices for enterprise environments
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
What the job really is

The Creative eLearning Developer at Tenable designs and builds interactive training services, creating multimedia and graphic content for various platforms. This role involves transforming technical information into engaging courses, videos, and collateral, while managing the entire production process from storyboarding to final delivery. The developer will also mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
