What the job really is

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Test Systems & Tooling team at Temporal, you will lead initiatives to enhance system-level testing across engineering by building production-like test environments and tooling. Your role involves enabling production-representative workloads, creating repeatable failure-mode testing, and driving system-level test coverage. You will also mentor engineers and collaborate with various teams to integrate testing strategies into the release pipeline.
