What the job really is

The Group General Manager at TEGNA is responsible for overseeing multiple television markets, focusing on driving business performance, audience growth, and operational excellence. This role involves coaching General Managers, managing financial performance, and developing strategies to enhance revenue and audience engagement across various platforms. The Group GM will also work collaboratively with other TEGNA leaders to execute company priorities and foster a strong leadership pipeline.
