Workforce Operations Analyst (Senior Consultant)

As a Senior Consultant in Workforce Analytics & Human Capital, you will lead assessments of workforce capacity and organizational performance for government clients. Your role involves analyzing staffing levels, conducting process mapping, and developing data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency. You will also engage with stakeholders, translate findings into actionable insights, and mentor junior analysts while applying methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
