Career Navigator, Workforce Development

The Career Navigator, Workforce Development at Team Rubicon will support workforce development initiatives by providing career counseling and wrap-around support to participants. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized career plans, and maintaining relationships with community partners and employers. The position requires collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders, while also managing multiple priorities and documentation of participant engagement.
