Maintenance Supervisor (m/w/d)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will work in a highly automated fulfillment center near Berlin, overseeing maintenance operations during your shift and leading a team of Maintenance Technicians. Your responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, managing critical technical issues, ensuring safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with operations and external partners to minimize downtime and maintain high equipment availability.
