In this role, you will lead the daily operations of a semi-automated fulfillment center, managing a team of lead shoppers and over 150 shoppers. Your responsibilities include team leadership, ensuring performance through structured operations, and driving process optimization initiatives. You will balance operational duties with strategic planning, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
