In this role, you will lead the daily operations of a semi-automated fulfillment center, managing a team of lead shoppers and over 150 shoppers. Your responsibilities include ensuring performance through structured leadership, optimizing logistics processes, and taking ownership of improvement projects. You will balance operational leadership with strategic office time, fostering a motivated team environment.
