Sr Director, Clinical Sciences

The Sr Director, Clinical Sciences will lead the Clinical Science function for eyecare, overseeing the scientific integrity and strategic impact of clinical studies from early development to lifecycle management. This role involves collaboration with various departments to create clinical development plans, manage study protocols, and ensure high-quality trial designs while maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

• Base pay range of $255,000 - $357,000 plus bonus and stock equity
