What the job really is

As an Underwriter (Motor Finance) at Tandem, you will assess and manage lending opportunities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Your role involves processing loan payouts, handling dealer and broker queries, and contributing to team performance metrics. You will work in a hybrid model, with specific weekend and bank holiday shifts, while focusing on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining knowledge of the industry.
