What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 2-5 years of strong Kotlin or Swift experience (expert on at least one platform)
  • Solid OOP/POP and TDD fundamentals
  • Experience with modern platform stack: Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, DI (Hilt/Koin/Dagger), testing (Espresso, JUnit, Mockk) or SwiftUI, Combine/Swift Concurrency (async/await), XCTest
  • Regular, hands-on use of AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)
  • Solid Git and mobile CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, or Android equivalents)
  • Working competence on the other mobile platform
