The Senior Solutions Engineer for Healthcare & Life Sciences will provide expert consulting to healthcare organizations, helping to align Talkdesk's AI-powered solutions with customer needs. This role involves engaging with clients throughout the sales lifecycle, conducting research, leading discovery conversations, and delivering tailored presentations. The engineer will also collaborate with product management and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development.
