Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, HLS

The Principal Forward Deployed Engineer at Talkdesk is a technical leader responsible for guiding the deployment and scaling of the Agentic AI platform for major global enterprise clients. This role involves designing multi-agent architectures, writing production-grade code, and serving as a trusted advisor to executives on complex digital transformations. The engineer will also mentor team members and ensure high engineering standards while collaborating with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with core platform capabilities.

• Base pay range of $230,000 - $275,000
