What the job really is

In this role as a Senior Lead, ServiceNow ITOM, you will be responsible for executing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) strategy and infrastructure roadmap. Your day-to-day tasks will involve leading the implementation of CMDB and CSDM strategies, managing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, building integrations, and overseeing data governance to ensure a robust IT environment. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to translate operational challenges into effective, AI-driven solutions.
