What the job really is

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Tailscale, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging exceptional talent to support the company's growth. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies across various functions, including Engineering and Product. Your role will involve researching talent markets, managing multiple searches, and building inclusive talent pipelines while utilizing data to improve sourcing outcomes.
