What the job really is

As a Sales Trainer (Field) at SumUp, you will be responsible for delivering engaging onboarding to new field sales representatives, ensuring they are prepared to succeed from day one. Your role will involve facilitating live workshops, conducting assessments, and tracking performance data to enhance training effectiveness. You will collaborate with various teams to continuously improve training programs and directly impact sales outcomes across the UK.
