Team Lead, MEP/PEP Administration, (PFS)

The Team Lead for MEP/PEP Administration at Pension Financial Services will manage a portfolio of 65-75 qualified retirement plans while leading a Retirement Plan Administrator. The role requires overseeing full-cycle administration, compliance testing, and complex plan designs, as well as mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality client service.
