What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 3-5 years of A-Z retirement plan administration experience
  • Excellent knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong math and/or accounting skills
  • Strong initiative, integrity, self-motivation, and results orientation
Nice to have
  • ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred
  • Experience with Relius ASP software strongly preferred
What the job really is

The Retirement Plan Administrator at Strongpoint Partners will manage a designated caseload of clients, providing full client services for 401(k) and cross-tested plans. Daily responsibilities include compliance testing, plan design recommendations, and utilizing technology for efficient administration. The role requires strong project management skills and a proactive approach to support the growth of the firm.
