Compounding Mechanical Specialist

The Compounding Mechanical Specialist at Strive Pharmacy is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving laboratory and production equipment used in compounding. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, supporting equipment calibration, coordinating with vendors, and training team members on equipment operation. This role ensures operational readiness and compliance with safety and quality standards while collaborating closely with various teams.

• Role requires standing and walking for up to 90% of the workday and occasional lifting of equipment or materials up to 65 lbs.
