Associate, Enrollment (Mon-Thurs + Sat: 10:30am -7p) - Eastern Time Zone

The Enrollment Associate at Strive Health is responsible for educating patients about their healthcare services and scheduling appointments with providers. This role involves making high volumes of outbound and inbound calls, establishing trust-based relationships with patients, and addressing their inquiries and objections. Success in this position is measured through various performance metrics, ensuring that patients receive the right care and support throughout the enrollment process.
