What the job really is

The Retail Assistant General Manager at Story Cannabis will support the General Manager in driving sales growth and ensuring compliance within the dispensary. This role involves coaching and developing staff, maintaining inventory controls, and collaborating with various internal teams. The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
