What the job really is

The Retail Assistant General Manager at Story Cannabis will support the General Manager in driving sales growth and developing a high-performing team. Daily responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining inventory controls, ensuring compliance, and assisting with hiring and training. This role also involves collaborating with various internal teams and leveraging data to track store performance and inform strategies.
