What the job really is

As a Shift Lead at Story Cannabis, you will oversee daily retail operations, ensuring a positive customer experience while guiding and supporting your team. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new staff, managing inventory, assisting with store opening and closing, and maintaining store standards. You will also provide exceptional customer service, explain cannabis products to customers, and ensure compliance with company policies.
