What the job really is

As a Shift Lead at Story Cannabis, you will oversee daily retail operations, ensuring a positive customer experience and guiding the retail team through active leadership. Your responsibilities include managing transactions, coaching team members, maintaining store standards, and assisting with inventory tracking and restocking. You will also provide exceptional customer service and develop rapport with customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
