Director of People Experience (Europe)

As the Director of People Experience at Storyblok, you will lead a small team focused on HR operations and business partnering within a remote organization of approximately 320 employees across multiple countries. Your responsibilities include developing your team, overseeing HR operations, improving processes, managing EOR relationships, and ensuring compliance with HR policies in collaboration with legal. You will also play a key role in the People Leadership Team, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and enhancing the overall employee experience.
