What the job really is

The Engineering Manager for Storable Marine will lead a team of around 10 engineers in developing and modernizing cloud-native SaaS applications tailored for the marine industry. This hands-on role involves overseeing software development, defining engineering strategies, and ensuring the stability and performance of mission-critical applications. The manager will also engage in technical discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with various stakeholders to align technology delivery with business needs.
