What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing, aviation maintenance, complex mechanical assembly, or rocket/jet engine assembly and test

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
  • Experience with 3D CAD software (for model viewing) and/or ERP/MRP systems
What the job really is

As an Assembly Technician for the Aft End at Stoke, you will be integral in the hands-on assembly and integration of complex rocket components, including propulsion systems and avionics. Your role involves leading the build process, executing precision measurements, conducting testing, and collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards are crucial in this fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
