What they actually want (must-haves)

What the job really is

The AVP, Business Intelligence & Analytics will lead the delivery of business intelligence and analytics solutions within the Human Capital department at KKR. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, managing the intake process for analytics requests, and executing various reporting and analytical projects. The AVP will also have the potential to build and lead a team of junior analysts focused on routine reporting and service delivery.

Benefits
