What the job really is

As an Associate Legal Counsel at Staffbase, you will be responsible for managing the company's regulatory compliance program, focusing on various regulations such as NIS2 and the EU AI Act. Your role includes collaborating with the Head of Legal, leading certification efforts, drafting internal policies, conducting compliance risk assessments, and delivering training programs. You will also support commercial and corporate legal work while leveraging AI to enhance compliance processes.
