What the job really is

As the Engineering Manager for the Data & Analytics team, you will lead a small team of engineers while remaining actively involved in technical tasks. Your responsibilities include managing the team's roadmap, negotiating priorities with stakeholders, and driving a culture of data ownership. You will also focus on data governance for AI agents and ensure high standards in data modeling across the team.
