What the job really is

As a Senior Staff People Technologist at StackAdapt, you will take ownership of the People Tech ecosystem, focusing on HR systems, automation, and AI to enhance organizational efficiency. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and execute a comprehensive People Technology roadmap, optimizing systems, and implementing automation workflows. You will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity and evaluating new technologies to support the People & Culture team's needs.
