What the job really is

As Employment Counsel at StackAdapt, you will provide legal support across Canada and other international markets regarding employment law. Your responsibilities will include managing employment complaints, drafting legal documents, collaborating with the People & Culture team on various employment matters, and contributing to compliance projects as the company expands. You will also leverage AI tools to enhance legal processes and improve efficiency in your advisory role.
