What the job really is

As a Senior Applied AI/ML Scientist at NewsWhip by Sprout Social, you'll be responsible for building and shipping LLM-powered features that enhance content processing and decision-making for clients. Your role will involve architecting workflows, evaluating LLM systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate AI concepts into practical applications. You'll also lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers while driving improvements in AI evaluation and system reliability.
