What the job really is

As a Junior Discretionary Trader, you will work closely with senior traders and quantitative researchers to assist in maintaining portfolio positions and executing trades. Your responsibilities will include daily portfolio monitoring, generating performance reports, and participating in risk management activities. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in fundamental analysis, research, and trading strategies across various asset classes.
