What the job really is

The Client Service Lead Associate is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of mailroom services, including shipping, receiving, and courier services. This role involves managing mailroom staff, ensuring efficient service delivery, addressing customer service issues, and maintaining equipment and supplies. The position operates Monday through Friday and includes planning for coverage during absences.
