What the job really is

The Client Service Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing leadership in an integrated workplace-services environment, including mailroom, office services, hospitality, and reception. This role involves organizing workflow, supporting team members, and ensuring a professional client experience while also serving as a primary contact for various stakeholders. The Lead will perform frontline responsibilities as needed, train team members, and maintain operational documentation.
