Hospitality Host

As a Hospitality Host at The Rink at Rockefeller Center, you will create welcoming and memorable experiences for guests by handling ticketing, skate rentals, and providing information about the rink and surrounding attractions. This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors in cold weather, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and efficient operations.
