What the job really is

As a Lead GTM Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst at Sprout Social, you will develop and manage GTM reporting and analysis processes, partnering closely with Sales and RevOps leaders. Your role will involve delivering financial insights to guide pipeline, pricing, and revenue decisions, while also owning the GTM P&L and financial modeling. You will lead monthly and quarterly reporting, build financial models for various scenarios, and ensure data solutions support GTM planning across the company.
