What the job really is

As a Senior Software Engineer at Sprout Social, you will work on building, scaling, and monitoring the platform using technologies like Java, Python, and AWS. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, improve processes, and mentor other engineers. You will also be responsible for ensuring project quality and contributing to the Agile culture within the engineering team.
