Workplace Mental Health Consultant (Full-Time)

As a Workplace Mental Health Consultant at Spring Health, you will provide individual therapy and management consultations to employees at a major media and entertainment company. Your role involves developing relationships with HR and management, conducting trainings, and offering mental health support while ensuring compliance with ethical standards. You will also assess risks and manage crises, all while tracking workplace wellbeing insights to recommend targeted interventions.
