Staff Data Scientist, Personalization & Intelligence

The Staff Data Scientist at Spring Health will be responsible for architecting the semantic and intelligence layers of the company's AI-native platform, ensuring that profile data is consumable for development and product features. This role involves designing AI-augmented workflows, establishing guardrails for AI usage, and mentoring engineers while influencing cross-team projects.
