What the job really is

As a Compensation Analyst at Spring Health, you will evaluate and benchmark total rewards programs while leveraging AI-driven workflows to enhance team impact. Your responsibilities include performing job evaluations, providing compensation guidance to various stakeholders, administering equity programs, and ensuring data integrity in compensation records. You will also analyze market trends to maintain competitive compensation structures.
